1. Let it V
A project that was born just a few months before the quarantine was declared in 2020, the story goes that its founders - Darío Leibovic, Gabriel and Uriel Hendler - were inspired by a venue in New York to revolutionize Buenos Aires' gastronomy.
With a menu characterized by the fusion of classic flavors with a twist, Let it V's menu is a true invitation to try everything in a veggie version: pokes, pastas (they have spaghetti with meatballs!), sushi, pancakes, and even quesadillas.
Fun fact: Let it V's first steps were in a bakery (or "vakery" as they call it), so be sure to try their breakfast, brunch, and snacks menu because you will be surprised.
