Time Out says

Every summer (and every winter as well for that matter – but without picnics, turns out on a rowing boat and the summer greenery, it's not as attractive a prospect), the Domaine de Chamarande invites young artists to take over its park, the castle and its buildings. This year, the action is revolving around a central theme of food: 30 young artists are coming to investigate the industry, the culture, the habits, the faults and the quirks of the agricultural and consumerist countryside. The festival boasts a packed itinerary including taste tests, a plant-covered installation by Andrea Caretto and Raffaella Spagna and giant intestinal flora and fauna imagined by the mischievous Michel Blazy. It's a fantastic location and the exhibitions are always full of surprises. Highly recommended!
