Paris oyster fans are often obliged to use one of the city's big brasseries to get their fix of shellfish, but what if you just want to eat a reasonably priced platter of oysters? Enter Régis and his 14-seat oyster bar. The tiny room feels pristine and the tables are properly laid. Here you can enjoy the freshest oysters from Marennes for around €25 a dozen. The bread and butter is fresh and wines are well chosen. Hungry souls can supplement their feast with a slice of home-made apple tart or the cheese of the day.
