Le Bouledogue restaurant is a classic Parisian café-brasserie with a touch of luxe on the Beaubourg/ Place des Vosges border in Paris’ 3rd arrondissement, where tourists and locals rub shoulders in a lovely village atmosphere. Night and day, there’s a deliciously animated atmosphere here, Le Bouledogue being a natural fit with the area’s arty inhabitants. They love the wood and green leatherette banquettes. On the menu, you’ll find the simple, traditional French food that has made the big Parisian brasseries so famous - and so copied - from hearty homemade soup to steak and chips. And, depending on the season, fantastic stews and delicious game terrines. Don’t be surprised if you see pampered pooches beneath the tables; Le Bouledouge is a popular hangout for chic dog owners.
