Time Out says

4 out of 5 stars

A no-nonsene, great value ramen kitchen with several central addresses.

Higuma's no-nonsense food and service makes it one of the area's most popular destinations. On entering, customers are greeted by plumes of aromatic steam emanating from the open kitchen-cum-bar, where a small team of chefs ladle out giant bowls of noodle soup piled with meat, vegetables or seafood. You can slurp at the counter or sit at a plastic-topped table. Lunchtime dishes are great value and you can leave with change from a ten euro note. Don't miss their gyoza (fried dumplings filled with meat and cabbage), before diving into a massive ramen soup with fresh noodles and pork or squid - this will really test your chopsticks/spoon balancing skills. There are also several fried noodle dishes and don buri, a bowl of rice topped with meat or tempura.
