After 21 years of serving Hongkongers with Italian and Japanese cuisine complemented with Victoria Harbour views at One Peking Road in TST, Aqua has relocated to the 17th floor of the stylish H Zentre on Middle Road with a new look and an even better view of Hong Kong’s skyline. If you have not visited the new location, add this to your must-visit list this season. The new venue features a cocktail bar and two expansive outdoor terraces where patrons can sip on sundowners amidst a garden setting and harbour views in the backdrop. DJs will be on deck to keep the fun vibes going late into the night. Expect a host of new cocktails crafted by Aqua’s new creative bar director Lorenzo Coppola (formerly Zuma). Standout drinks that we’re excited to try include the smoked sour cocktail called Eye of the Storm, made with asparagus-infused tequila.
