The gastronomers of this city should remember the years 2008 and 2009, in which several chefs presented themselves in more relaxed / cheap ways. Vitor Sobral was one of them, with the one that would become the first "Esquina" of his career, where he set up a snack restaurant still top of the list of the best of its kind in Lisbon.
