While co-owners Will Thompson and chef Carey Hynes spend their winter running Sunny's at Lot 6, Jaguar Sun's Little River offshoot, they've entrusted their beloved Downtown spot to Juan Garrido. For a limited time, Jaguar Sun welcomes Gilda, a pop-up by the Bocadillos Aita owner, serving up Basque pintxos alongside the bar's signature cocktails. Expect bikinis sandwiches and Spanish bites with classics such as the fino martini and the Green Ghoul.
